More like "Think like a Snake"....Naturally the book title would be something more deceptive, like "Think like a Monk"....Sorry, but hanging out with monks for a few years doesn't make you holy, righteous or wise...It takes YEARS of practice, and it isn't hanging out with the cool kids in Hollywood.

Let's see a jay shetty and eckhart tolle video. A lot of what resonates with me in your book think like a monk, also resonated with me from eckhart tolle power of now. I'm sure I speak for many who would love to hear a monk's perspective and a spiritual teachers perspective and the similarities and differences in practices and opinions.
I was a monk too but that was around 12 000 years ago :) I still remember all the wisdom about how to balance our life, but now, to share this wisdom I need to be a youtuber as well :) which is kind of not easy for any mystic. But you did it Jay and thank you for the inspiration that you giving me. It would be nice to meet you one day and share our stories :)

Sir can you make a video on effects of self diagnosis from internet . It has become a trigger for causing my mental health. I feel like we should never Google our symptoms.
I am no expert, but having aware and understanding about your symptoms helps you treat and cope with your problems in a more effective way. Mental healths are more difficult to diagnose, and mostly mistreated. You need to understand the root cause of your problems.

What are your thoughts about Omnism ? Its been very long while for me trying to find out the path for me . And what I have found out that all religions contain truth but that no one religion offers all that is truth. This I say not with an intention to call out whats wrong but with honest curiosity to find the real meaning of religion. Why do christians say Jesus is the only truth , why do vaishnavas say Krishna is the only truth, why do Shaivas say Shiva is the only truth, why do Muslims say Allah is the only truth? This ‘Only’ and belittling’the possibilty of others’ has been such a huge hinderence in my spiritual path. Please offer me some guidance with your divine experience of life.

So, there is some sort of Life-Force or something deep in our Minds that we feel and get into the sense of Purity or some greater Hope when we go into the religious places, it's not obviously due to religious places but something deep in our Minds-brains that has ability to FEEL that feeling.
And it happens only if you believe in those....
