How long do you wait till you lower the price of the couch?

And how long does it take to sell a couch on average? Do you have any luck with love seats? Any luck with odd colors like dark hunter green? Just picked up a dark green loveseat for free and am not sure on how it’ll do.

We usually wait about 2 days to start lowering it. I would say most couches sell in 2-3 days though. We usually just stick with doing sectionals since those are best for resell in our opinion!

If you got paid in cash it would be harder for the IRS to prove you ever had the money. Of course when you get paid through PayPal or the others, IRS know you had the money.
