26:13 I've always wondered something: Jesus knew all along that Judas was going to betray him, but when did Judas know? Did he know it when Jesus said it? Did he know Jesus was talking to and about him? Matthew 26 : 25 (which takes place, chronologically, after what this video is about) seems to indicate that he did know, but nothing much was made of it beyond "thou hast said".
Judas has always fascinated me. Why did he do it? He was a necessary evil in order for Jesus to save mankind, so were his actions divinely inspired? Was he also a sacrifice for our sins, of sorts?

His basic flaw was that he didn’t believe that Jesus was the divine son of God. Even in the garden he referred to Jesus as Rabbi (teacher) when betraying Him with a kiss. His remorse was based on the conclusion that Jesus was innocent, not that He was the Messiah (Matt.27:4). His evil was on himself because God never tempts anyone to evil (James 1:13). God knew what Judas would do because He knows the future but He does not force anyone to do something evil. He works His plan taking into account those who believe and obey Him as well as those who don’t. In the end His will is eventually accomplished. As for Judas, he did what he did because of who he was and what he chose. The Bible tells us that he goes on to his deserved condemnation (Acts 1:25).
