CoolCAD are experts in manufacturing SiC devices for harsh environments

Akin Akturk and Tom Bianchi use Silicon Carbide (SiC) to make power devices and high temperature applications.
CoolCAD are also working on a new transfer mould that enables operating temperatures up to 250 degrees C.
Another area of specialism at CoolCAD is improving design and manufacturing materials that withstand space radiation emissions in near earth orbits.
