What the good stats and rule for the army
If you arent in war, the most recommended is light green conscription, if you want to have massive army, go with the dark red

If you have good population, change your conscription to orange, red or dark red, it depends on the situation and also you should only do it during wars

There are no allies yet but pretty sure it will be added
How to soilder?
You need population to have soldiers, and your conscription should be red-dark red if you want alot of soldiers but if not in war it is highly recommended to go light-green because if you have higher soldier population that citizens, your economy decreases
