I don't understand. If these are 10 meter they need a ham license. So why the instant channel 19 button? That button pretty much is just for 11 meter cb I thought. Do these radios run both 10 and 11 ??? All the reviews I'm finding people just yap about power, meters, birds blah blah blah. Not finding the info.
