Director Shoonya will start shooting for his second Kannada movie Rosy, but there is a slight hiccup with the film’s title. It seems the Karnataka Film Chambers of Commerce has also approved the title Rosy 45 for a movie
with Upendra and Shivarajkumar in the cast and music director Arjun Janya as director. It is alleged producer Ramesh Reddy wrote a letter to the film chambers asking it not to allow any director to take a similar title.
“I did not expect to land in a controversy over the title. I did not know when Ramesh Reddy had applied for the title - Rosy 45. There is a lot of difference between the two titles. The film chambers gave nod to the two titles in a meeting held on the same day,” said Shoonya. “The movie revolves around a gangster. Yogi will play a unique
role in it,” he said.
