It really clicked for me in this video….Disharmonious thoughts arise when you are thinking OF the END. When you think FROM the END you are Love, Happiness, Peace, Bliss, Fulfilment. 🤩 Your conscious mind will labour for the means to the end in your current 3D world and because you fail to find confirmation in the external world, all the negative beliefs stored inside the subconscious mind will give rise to negative emotions. For me it’s thoughts like “you see, you are not good enough which is why things haven’t changed”. These are thoughts I MUST release. I now realise that They are showing up because they are no longer aligned to who I am becoming so I must acknowledge them, thank them for bringing me this far and RELEASE them so I can return to being Love, Happiness, Peace, Bliss , Fulfilment ❤ WOW, thank you @Joseph💕
It's kinda sad that we're born with no limiting beliefs and life sorta breaks us down slowly over time, then you just have to get back to who you were before they told you who to be. I remember when I was in Montessori and they had this presentation day where they booked out a hall for the entire primary school's parents, so it was a huge hall and I spoke about being a nurse or something and came there all dressed up in a cute little nurse outfit and stood on stage, with 0 fear and 0 care about what anyone thought of me and I spoke for way longer than I was supposed to 😅 then everyone was like "That was great but you didn't follow the script doll" and I was like "I didn't want to when I got up there."

My childhood was just daily criticisms (that were intentional and very cruel) and fear of punishment (physical not just verbal), which eventually became real depression from living in those cycles of fear and shame constantly until my body couldn't take it and then I was always sick and in and out of hospital. A sea of stars falling. But I realized that we have the choice of staying in a victim mindset/state or learning to meet our own emotional needs. If you grew up in an environment like that, there's tons of emotional needs that were never met and you've got to learn to heal yourself and dismantle each limiting belief, one at a time, and then replace them with the truth of who you are. Rome wasn't built in a day 💕 and if you don't fix it you just pass it on to the next generation.
I've been watching you from the time you were giving book reviews on authors like emmet fox - 7 day mental diet. That review changed my life because I applied. Thanks for sharing.
Well naturally we are negative thinkers where I'm from. So this 7 day mental diet challenged me to think positively when I relapse I'd start all over from day 1. Eventually I got to longer streaks of positive thinking in 30 days and nw I am able to correct my thinking instantly to affirm what is true and good report. In the past I'd dwell in the negativity for weeks sometimes months but now a few mins or hours and they are conquered.
I tend not to comment on videos often, but the synchronicity here is too strong for me not to acknowledge. Joseph, you being right outside of that team's stadium in the intro is sort of blowing my mind. I have been following and integrating your videos deeply and daily these past few weeks. We're talking a daily mental diet, accepting and expressing the truth that I Am - that I am Peace, Bliss, and perfect now - and living life in an increasingly more flow based manner. Today, my dear friends from out of town and I (one of which currently lives in San Diego) went to the Rockies vs. Padres game in Colorado. We had a blissful and memorable time, after deciding to go pretty last minute. It was one of my best friend's baby girl's first baseball game, aaand the Rockies managed to win despite...unfavorable odds this season. I'll take this as a sign to keep along this path and to continue to purify mind/self. It's as clear to me as a blue sky at a baseball game. Thank you for everything. 🙏

You're an awesome speaker, you're using radio voice and usually it's TH-cam voice, I didn't realize you had both 😄 I hope your talk went well. I did a radio broadcasting course for fun coz my friend dragged me to it, it was just a couple of months but it was cool to see how everything was produced, plus it looked good on my CV. And we got to be on air and they loved my voice. It's way easier to speak 'on air' when you're in a studio and don't see anyone (even tho so many people are listening in their cars), but that's just a limiting belief.

Yeah, most of adult life is unlearning.
And by life you mean our parents.
They are the first people to impose beliefs and limits on us. Which is truly sad.
