I don't know and I am not sure why the speaker has to say "ALLAH Is controlling his heart" but instead it was correct if the speaker had said "ALLAH Known whats in his heart". Once Qarun was there on the right place , then ALLA AZZA WAJALL had a different plan i.e. the earth to swallow him. I think the speakers also should take intensive care when speaking to the public of what they talk about.
