Emergency 75-77 was brutal attack on the very foundation of Indian democracy...due to sacrifice of thousands of youth of India fighting against Emergency Indian democracy revived and survived . 4... Fight against Emergency 75-77 was largest civil liberty movement of the world history. 5.. fight against Emergency was more important than freedom struggle of India. 6.. states like Madhya Pradesh, chattisgarh Uttarpradesh have given help and facilities granted and monthly pension 30000 thousands rupees per month ..but Emergency was imposed in whole India it was not state spesific.. 7... There must be one nation one policy for fighters against draconian Emergency...even after 49 years Emergency detainees are facing hardships and injustice and discrimination at National level.... 8... When congress returned to power in states like Madhya Pradesh, chattisgarh and Himachal Pradesh they had stopped this pension ... 9...
