Yeah hopefully as long as it helps a few people get a better understanding then that’s what matters to me but the game also is on a super sale right now so I may of accidentally released this video a the perfect time if new people decide to try it out
Well the game doesn’t really start until after you finish the main story. It’s a looter shooter and you are limited by what you can do in the story. With Gear, Masteries, Leveling Up and the games main feature revolving around the nexus and exploring the different else worlds. The main story is really just “shoot and kill” and you’ll be fine and beat it since it’s relatively easy so I don’t need to offer any advice for that. While the games post story and end game content is difficult and confusing and can be frustrating or complicated for new players that have beaten the story and want to see what the rest of the game has to offer. So some tips here can be used for the main story but also more of the information is really for the end game and besides my thumbnail says Beginner / End Game guide. Also like what I said you can get by the main story with ease not having to mess with any of the extra stuff that corresponds with the games post launch and end game content
@PineappleSwae That doesn't change the act that your title is entirely misleading. For any actual beginner they're looking for a beginners guide, not a post story guide which is what this actually is.
Ok, so I left off before battling the first brainiac, did a little grind to level up all the squad to level 26 before the battle. This being in the finite crisis, I jumped in eventually to battle Brainiac. I did, and the game asked after the cinematic and credits if I want to remain in the finite crisis stage or jump up to date (it placed me in the firt episode and season with the Gorilla Grod gear for some reason, dunno if it's related to the last season and episode). I accepted that without knowing what to do, as the game mentioned that by selecting that the season I had was ending or had to be ended to probably jump on a new session to the newly selected episode (the Grod gear mentioned one). Without starting the session I went from the main menu to episode select, and looked over things that needed doing in the initial finite crisis episode, so I decided to switch and jump back to the episode but somehow the game didn't let me do so. I ended up selecting to go back to story mode and chapter select, landed on the last chapter again. The funny thing is, I didn't have anything active yet but the game acted like if it was back at killing the first brainiac chapter, again. Question is, how does this work? Do I have to stay and grind in finite crisis and kill brainiac again to get the bane gear? Aside brainiac I have nothing made for the finite crisis, no mastery levels and the initial brainiac fight was on the lowest difficulty as it didn't let me battle on medium difficulty where I am. Long story short, what does one need to do in this game as it's confusing. Is anything changed from the first month after launch in structure? Late edit: when I jumped back in the game it spawned me in the Earth 2 first brainiac battle map without a prompt or anything. Do I need to stay on finite crisis and grind more and how do I do it if so, or do I need to just choose the next episode with fear/scarecrow?
In my opinion I’d just jump to the fear episode and forget about finite crisis. Since the Bane gear isn’t good and Finite is the most difficult season so I’d just select Episode Fear from the nexus and go from and slowly progress and go through the post launch content of defeating the remaining Brainiacs and grinding the incursions if you want. Also don’t feel like you are missing out on the Bane Gear from Finite as Episode Six Scoundrels is a redux season so it has Tier 4 of Bane, Scarecrow and Two Face and all of the gear from those seasons in the loot pool. Since Finite is a difficult season as is and from what I’ve gathered you seem pretty new to the game I’d just skip it and avoid the headache but if you are up for a challenge once you are better equipped you can always go back. I hope that answers everything that you are looking for if not just feel free to reply and I’ll get back to you as quickly as I can
Not really sure have you maxed out the other characters? And are you still gaining squad levels I had that happen to me in season 1 and reseted my entire talent tree and it gave me all of my points
Well not really but the only solution I can think of is go back in your main story and fight Brainiac 1 and see if that works to re unlock the missions if that doesn’t work then make a bug report and get people to vote on it
@@PineappleSwae It worked on my XB Series S. Just did the last chapter mission again and it unlocked the Incursions in Season 0 just as i left them. So yeah it works.
If you mean the one where you load in and have to do the three missions and then fight Braniac. Try going to 'Select Squad' and then load into 'Finite Crisis' I've noticed mine glitches out mainly when using the 'Straight into the action' button
Well the important stuff is really in the games post launch content or the end game. There isn’t really much you need to beat the story in terms of tips or advice. It’s just shoot your way through and beat the main story which is also relatively straightforward and short. Unlike the previous games in the series. However the endgame and post launch content is much more complicated and difficult
You can go back by going to the Nexus and selecting the scarecrow themed season and doing missions related to that season and you’ll have a chance to get the polka dot man grenade to drop. Hope that helps!

I haven’t been earning any squad points since season 2 and the main squad is maxed out, is there a work around?

@ never mind I beat story allready I don't realise how short it was it only took 14 hours and I also unlock deathstrok with in that time
How do I get the pokadot man grenades?
You can go back by going to the Nexus and selecting the scarecrow themed season and doing missions related to that season and you’ll have a chance to get the polka dot man grenade to drop. Hope that helps!
