  • This is a battleship from ancient China used primarily in river warfare. This specific one is from the han dynasty or later from the three kingdoms era. During that period hundreds of those ships came into action during the epic battle of Red cliff (battle of chibi, 赤壁)

@brickwizardstudios599 if you think about it Sun Wu had the southern territories in southern China and that has a good deal of access to seas and coasts and in the Zhou Dynasty the ancient people there were called the Baiyue or 100 Yue People tribe and they were culturally distinct to ancient Chinese ... they had good naval boats and they had short hair and body tattoos

@brickwizardstudios599 a future project could be the story of King Goujian of Yue... he endured 3 years of slavery under threat of pain and execution, was repatriated to Yue State and spent 10 years plotting his revenge... in his 10 years he ate cheap food, slept on brushwood sticks, had bitter bile every evening to remind him of bitterness and to motivate him ... the Chinese have a saying WO XIN CHANG DAN which is a reference to his character
