If anyone happens to come back and see this video, an easy solution for the organics would be a quick piranha solution (concentrated sulfuric acid + hydrogen peroxide). It would've cleaned it up much faster than waiting for the sodium hydroxide. The more you know as you age!
I believe the ebay classifications of your test tube results would be: 2 items -"New, Unused (box missing), I just bought too many / Unwanted gift" 3 items -"Vintage, No Defects, Perfectly Functional!" 1 item -"broke in the mail, take it up with the post office"
I became a fan of using sodium hydrosulfite and sodium thiosulfate to remove some transition metal related stains. They seem to work on some other types of stains as well. Much of the other harder to clean stuff I just make piranha solution.

A sol’n of HCl & H2O2 will kill most metal salts & metals incl copper. For those really tough stains there’s piranha sol’n or just go straight to the nitric (10%) > 3 hrs. Your base bath needs to be more stout (10% or 4 M NaOH). Careful, it etches glass so 1 hr will do. That’s how I roll, good luck.
how do you I clean a large Pyrex demijohn with a white mineral scale? Unable to scrub effectively due to narrow neck. What about an abrasive with agitation?
You are using too many chemicals to clean test tubes. I just use a very strong solution of Sodium Hydroxide and then heat it in the test tube until boiling to clean all my testubes and glassware.

Try hot acetone or mek on the hot glue. You could always try a heat gun on it instead of a torch
