@@t58beare that dosent matter , I work in a kitchen and we ALWAYS wear gloves . especially now with Covid . I have not eaten a Philly pretzel since watching this , That's ashame because I live on Philly
@@diannamcbride8245 I worked at a Philly Pretzel in college, at our location the baker or anyone else touching baked products had to wear gloves, but for raw dough and even the pretzel dogs, no gloves required. Everyone was required to frequently wash hands before and during making the unbaked products. Never failed inspection either.
