Central Texas here. The biggest wildlife we have to worry about are deer ! Quite amazing to think of elephants in the road.

The traffic is literally stopped in order to get out of his way. What more do you want them to do? Get out of their vehicles and bow down to the elephant? 1. This bull is not angry, irritated, in fear, he is just assertively playful. Look at all the behavioural indicators. Passing the time of day giving the tourist's something to write home about

And you are right antagonizing the bull with a truck and could encourage people in cars and the bull don't care about the difference. However.... The truck drivers need to learn to be patient because that's how it is there. They can do other jobs or move. It the same problem for everyone everywhere. We all are in a hurry.

elephants are no joke. one time i saw a relatively mediocre size bull push over like a 50ft tall live tree that was a few ft in diameter just so he could eat the roots. i couldn't believe my eyes. you truly cannot comprehend the strength of these animals. & the bull in this video is bigger than the one i saw push over the tree. it could have tossed that truck like it was nothing if it wanted to.
