This is done in accordance with right hand drive cars, so that it doesn't affect the vision of on coming traffic
Sayab bhai aapko pata nhi kisi bhi vehicle mai 4 se jyada lights hone par challan hota hai kyuki illegal hai ye
This car had only 2 lights, we added 2 more
So even if we go by ur conclusion, then also this car has only 4 lights, which lies in the legal ambit
