When I was young I also spent a lot of ti,e lying in the grass while my horse grazed next to me. There was a lot of not so good stuff going on in my home but I felt so safe and confident when I was with my horse. When I lost that due to a marriage that ended in divorce, I kinda lost my shit. That was over 40 years ago. I’m 66 now and want that lovely feeling again with a horse. So I spend as much time with my guy as I can. Lots of issues keeping us from riding together right now, but we’re gonna get there. I miss riding so much. People are like, get a buggy and drive him, it’s safer and easier on your joints. I think, no, it’s not the same. You’re an inspiration to me because you’re so kind. (I’m told I’m not tough enough with the horses). We don’t need to hurt our horses to ride them. Anyway, sorry I wandered off track!, you just reminded me how great it is to back among them again..

What should we look for in buying a good horse? I noticed that people like to lie about how the horse was previously treated? Any signs to look for that he could be a kicker, physical health problems, been neglected and treated bad? My friend is a beginner and she wants one with a sweet disposition. So far the horses we looked at are not broken and they were trying to bite and looked neglected. The owners were not honest and wanted to charge us alot of money for one their horses . May I please asked you if we have any questions about buying her horse!!😊❤❤
