The reason it sounds like that Korean song is because the saxophone line is a sample that both producers probably purchased from the original performer. They don't have people in their studios playing the saxophone for an electronic song recording, and just happened to have the same sheet music or copied the recording from one and used it as a sample from another. They mix samples together with beats and add their own stuff to it. People need to learn more about how the modern music industry works before screaming plagiarism. and release of a song isn't relevant to when the song was written. From what I understand the Korean music industry has very well-timed release dates for dealing with competition, while a majority of western artists release their songs when they feel ready or to bring up hype for a new album. There are people who aren't artists in the sense of carrying labels and representing entertainment companies or releasing albums, but now since a lot of pop songs are bought and not written by the artists themselves, it's really common to see a lot of similarities internationally. This is how song writers make money.

For all of you who say that the sax part was stolen from 4minute, don't talk shit without knowing. Sunrise inc uploaded their audio only version of the song on their youtube channel (SunriseIncOfficial) two weeks earlier before 4minute released their song.
As a matter of fact, Sunrise inc's song was on the top charts of Romania during January of 2012. It's a common practice for Romanian producers to upload the video version of their songs on delay due to the fact that Romania is relatively poor country, hence the lack of capital for the producers. Sunrise inc stated that they CREATED the sax sample and it was legally borrowed by 4minute. Sunrise inc have songs dating long before which include instrumentals and samples of them that they have also created.
