You can have 6-10 things on your plate but its in small portions. As far as dessert, I'll have a sliver of pie or cake and that's about it. I drink hot tea or water usually. Amen, me and my family do this everyday. I'm in my kids ear more than anything. We have to get back to teaching. On Thanksgiving, I stood up and did a strong message to my family on the Adults in the family getting back to teaching the kids and setting them up to be successful. We need to focus on our youth. Get back to actually being Adults and putting away childish ways. If you have a strong voice in your family, don't hesitate to speak your mind in the right way.
