to know which part the mesh is from more easily you can click on the little eye icon and it will highlight it automatically btw

how to rotate the clothing?
U can ctrl and scroll in mouse but make sure you are howeribg the item and not character or it will rotate your character - you can also flip it vt ctrl and click on live 2d item etc
