I think it's incredibly amazing how the armor fits on these figures. They do not look like they should be able to remove them. Unless we are actually removing the arms and the legs. And replacing those parts with already armored the legs and arms. But even still the midsection armor comes off completely. And is absolutely magnificent.
I have to say that this was your best video to date. It provided 1) brand awareness outside the mainstream action figures by big companies, 2) a mature appreciation of the figure itself, and 3) covering multiple aspects of articulation, accessories, fit and finish. It’s as if you’ve elevated adult toy collecting by broadening out the genre and reapplying basic expectation and embellished both good and bad item of the figure itself. Very nice!
Dayum. I've seen these figures in forums but I'm glad you reviewed them, they are amazing! I hope eventually they'd release a 2.0 and add the extra joints, AND seperate armor and weapons packs.

These are some good looking figures! The only things coming close in size and curves that I have are Lady Death and the AEW Jade Cargill figure. I went a little crazy over the weekend buying a bunch of Spawn MacFarlane stuff. I told myself, I'm gonna calm down on the toys until end of January. Who I am kidding. Right back in the game.
Tadala can be easily displayed as Wonder Woman’s sister Nubia. And I doubt we will get figure that is as beautiful from DC anytime soon. Also you can do savage Land Storm and Rogue easy with these. So many possibilities. Amazing line and thanks for “uncensored” review.

Fantastic review! Amazing designs, accessories, paint and size. Finally we get some Frank Frazetta heroines. Recommend using brush cleaner (find at Lowe's) instead of nail polish removed to take off paint. The acetone in nail polish remover can damage some plastics.

Got these months ago. Didnt even know that they could be stripped down to fully nude figures. Happened about it by accident when posing the red lion. Tilted her backwards, and out came the titties from the armor. Shocked the shit out of me.

I legit didn't know all the armor could come off and you'd basically be left with a blank body. I have Vlattia on pre order but now I kind of want to get Bernice, great review dude.
These look absolutely amazing, but something about the hips is throwing me off. I’ll probably snatch up Berenice for the collection, but if I do I’ll have to figure out how to bring those hips in just a bit. Great review man,

The detail work on these is top notch. I agree they'd benefit from extra articulation: bicep and thigh swivel, double jointed pinless elbows and maybe butterfly joints. Sculpt wise the hips and thighs seem to jut out too far, but with the armour on it's not noticeable. Who knew action figures could have nipples in 2022? 😁
Ayyyyy, nice. Glad you got these figures and are enjoying them. I'm doing my part! I actually wish they'd give the elbows a little bit more range, perhaps with a Storm-type double-joint, and I really do kind of wish there's another cut at the waist for more crunch, but given what they're doing with the armor, these are perfect for what they are. And the anatomy and build is just the top of the line when it comes to muscular female figures in this scale, no comparison. Oh and Xesray works with 7" scale I believe, so technically they're a bit shorter than the male gladiators. Good thing the females can work quite well with ML and other figures, since the male gladiators are a bit too big.
These are some really cool figures that first one Veena or however you pronounce your name is my favorite I love the color scheme and her accessories. Like I mentioned before collect certain figures and get certain accessories for them and Valor versus going to be coming out a lot with that. I wouldn't mind having some Gladiator figures male and female since in history there were female gladiators. And the accessories are really cool to

Also, much respect for proudly proclaiming your perspectives, where many people in the community beat around the bush because they're afraid of being offensive. I'm tired of people complaining that we can't get a black cat or goblin queen because of modern sensibilities, but then look the other way when we get Namor or Hercules in a speedo. The double standard is gross and I'm glad that people like you and Xesray aren't afraid to push back on that. I hope Xesray does more with these. I would love armor packs, additional heads, bare bodies, etc. I will definitely need more, please!

As ever, great review, yes there will be the people with issues regarding the figures, but its easy, they don’t have to buy them. It’s great to see the high quality products being released, and channels like yours point us in the direction of these finds. Keep up the good work. I will avoid having on of my hasbro rants. However… I will add, Hasbro could learn a lot from from your channel and others such as Anthonys customs. You speak for the majority of the collecting community. You can be either cheap and cheerful or premium price premium figure.

I'm so glad I bought all three, you can't just choose one and I missed out on Mystic legions. Finally, a true female action figures that I can play. These definitely Trump Marvel Legends, Classified and Black Series. I do hope Valaverse can be as close as these. Thank you brother.
Personally I think these figs dont need a thigh swivel, the legs pose well enough and it would ruin the look of the legs. I will say that they really need an ab crunch. I'm tired of these female figs having zero ab articulation. Also double jointed elbows would be nice.
Like this line & it's cool to see Women in it. The armor not being Sculpted-On is a definite plus ; more mod options. Right up my alley for the most part. Only falls short for my preference in one regard - which does not apply to all & is not related to the actual sculpt. Tadala in African inspired garb rather than the distinctly Roman garb would have taken it over the top for me. Had the same reaction to the Black Man released in an earlier wave. But in the end, it's not a deal breaker (she's in my Pile Of Loot). I understand that there is a Gladiator Motif not necessarily a Warriors Of The World Aesthetic, & of course they are prime for alteration anyway.

Overall I like their silhouette but the way the hips are attached makes it look a bit like they are dislocated.

Take a very fine grain of sandpaper to the gold paint ... lightly sand off with a small piece. It should work.
