I think "Blood Canticle" was the last awesome book, and also my favourite book in the series, while "Prince Lestat" (along with "The Realms of Atlantis") were pretty good. Everything else? Uphill and downhill for me.

Armand loved art the way marius did, he had a strong spirit, he was smart and had a little darkness too...this is why he was a good choice to become a vampire. Ricado wasn't good enough to join them because he was a gentle guy without any darkness inside him. 3 : It was love : marius loved armand so much that he gave all his power to him because some vampires didn't gave much power to their children like lestat...he never gave enough power to louis or claudia. Marius took armand to his parents and he gave armand all his old secret books...he never let anyone to saw those books not even mael or pandora but he let armand to learn from them. Armand always was good for leadership : in their house he was a leader among the boys and then in that satanic coven. Marius was so alone : marius or pandora's fans will understand it. marius lost his maker from the beginning. He was the protecter of king and queen so for keeping that secret he couldn't be among vampires so he choosed humans as his companions but all of them were mortal and died after years...it was hard for him. In the renaissance time he almost was depressed until he found armand. Both of them loved each other...love can heal the wounds : both of them were wounded from life in some way but they cured after reaching love. Santino told armand that marius was a little cruel and sad before meeting armand or reaching love but after that he changed a lot and so santino saw it as a weakness and got a chance to destroy marius. It's not important how we saw them but they were so happy...this is what is important and this book taught me that love is important like food for every creatures and love can heal the wounds.
