I was in a car that ran out of gas in the Chic fil a drive thru. They sent 3 workers out to come help push it then gave us our $40 order for free. Those people is crazy 💯🙏 Edit : It was 4 of us in the car , that’s why the order was $40. And I wasn’t the one driving lol. So for those asking , it wasn’t my fault 🤣 but CFA still showed us love 💯

As an actual Chick-fil-A employee, I can verify that training is about this crazy. I walk in to the off-site office location, and its also a storage building. The trainer (we'll call him Mr. M) is super excited to be there--like...TOO excited. I should've known some stuff was gonna go down. Me and the other 5 trainees sit down for the first of the two day training. The first day is a run through of Chick-fil-A history and mission, with props (a whiteboard marker used as a coupon, the ipad, etc). Then at the end, Mr. M gives us a quiz on what we learned....but jumps on the table, talks to us, plays a kazoo, anything to distract us while we take the quiz ("You have to be able to focus in a hectic environment!"). The person with the highest score on the quiz (not me) was crowned the "Grand PuBah Champion" and got an advantage for day 2. Day 2: we learn how to use the PoS system, by taking orders from "real life guests". And by that, I mean Mr. M doing voice impersonations of people with one or more of the following traits: 1)Old 2)Young 3)Male or Female 4)Heavy accent from...somewhere. Idk. 5)Deaf 6)Short And the Grand PuBah champion got their advantage in the form of a strawberry milkshake, large, with whip cream and cherry. This is all 100 percent true, with no exaggeration. It was *my pleasure* to educate you, dear reader of the comments.

Went to United States twice and Chick -Fil-A feels like home (I am asian and live around very respectful people) I really want to know what the managers are doing to get such nice workers, i think they have the same wage as other fast food restaurants too. All of them deserve a paycheck as high as waiters in 5 star restaurants. Cool Country, my country doesn't have many places where you can just go and get quality chicken unless you cook it yourself.
To work at Chick-fil-A you need to be able to hoop (or play any sport), fix cars, deliver babies, drive boats, lift absurdly heavy objects in case something lands on someone or you are picking up the front end of a trailer, have a masters in every Engineering for when people need help on their homework, and know twenty different languages (all while constantly saying “my pleasure”).

As someone who was a drive thru manager at a very busy Chick-fil-A, I can confirm I have had to help jump off a customers car in the middle of the lunch rush while they were in the drive thru. We jumped their car, sent em on their way and went right back to work and came 10 cars behind our highest record of cars in the 12-1 rush hour

As someone who’s currently working at one for four years now, they really do their damn best to drill the “my pleasure” thing into your brain. I had to stop myself from saying it outside of work a couple times. Love the people I work with though, they’re all kind but they aren’t afraid to be stern when its necessary.

As someone who was a drive thru manager at a very busy Chick-fil-A, I can confirm I have had to help jump off a customers car in the middle of the lunch rush while they were in the drive thru.
We jumped their car, sent em on their way and went right back to work and came 10 cars behind our highest record of cars in the 12-1 rush hour
