You're not far away from some lovely coastlines like Tynemouth, and Whitley Bay. Then there's the Northumbrian coast too, like Bamburgh, Alnmouth and Cresswell. You should maybe take a look.

I'm from the south, northerner's are a lot more open. Enjoy your stay.

Love your videos, your enthusiasm and sense of wonder. Have you been to my home town of Durham City yet. I think you will love its architecture and history you will also see real traditional red phone boxes (booths), 11th century castle and cathedral.

Thank you so much! I really enjoy exploring and documenting my experience. Unfortunately I haven’t been to Durham City yet but it sounds beautiful! Thank you for the suggestion, it’s definitely on my list.

Says a lot about the education systems in both countries that you speak English better than many, many native speakers.

dont no if you read this comment as its a old video but were you are studying use to be the old warner brothers cinema and before that it was a goods yard that during 2nd world war was bombed there was also a railway station just off from the metro station.

Ok I'm (quite) a few years older than you but yes, shopping bags are a killer. You always seem to get those extra one or two things that take the weight just over what's comfortable.
So this week I eventually realised it was time to do something about it- I got emailed an offer from Amazon for one of those shopping trollies on wheels (aka a granny bag) but this can be used as a backpack and shoulder bag too. Ok, it'll be a bit heavier but the idea of wheels and pulling the thing overcome any image issues (plus a handle snapped on one bag last week- luckily no eggs or breakable stuff in it). A few more days and it'll be here, a self conscious first few shopping trips (not on wheels on the way to the shops) then I'll be fine with it.
Thanks for your videos, I look forward to them! How's your family all doing without you? And you without them? I hope your enjoying your time and the Geordies you meet are treating you well! It should be starting to get a little less cold over the next month or so but still no sunbathing!

Have you had a chance to take a look at the Newcastle night life yet Isa?
Also, have you made any local friends yet, people that can show you around? If not I hope you do as us Geordies are well known as the friendliest people.

    Another great video!!
Who are your favourite English actors? Gary Oldman maybe...??!!
And favourite English directors... Guy Ritchie? Edgar Wright? , Christopher Nolan? Danny Boyle? , Paul King? Alfred Hitchcock? Ridley Scott? Matthew Vaughan? And what is your favourite English movie? Snatch? Paddington? Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz? Interstellar? Inception? Kingsmen :Secret Service? Alien?
Also what music do you listen to.. Rock, pop, Heavy Metal,...???!
You seem to be becoming more English every video I watch... And that's great, you fit in so well.
You're such a lovely person, England welcomes you with open arms!!! 😍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
