wow, I have never heard of Mui Ne before. Going to have to add this to my Vietnam Bucket List! I love all the boats in the water and your ratty old bikes. Loved how you found waterfalls and that muddy river. What a great adventure to have in Mui Ne, Vietnam
Ratty old bikes are the best! No chance they get stolen ;) Mui Ne is a really nice place to spend a few days - if we go back we want to try kitesurfing but the weather wasn't so good for it when we were there
Thanks Christopher - Mui Ne is awesome for a short break (or long break, if lazing on the beach is your thing!) We didn't do the ATV's as we wanted to get the drone footage but once we saw the drone footage we were all "Aww man, shoulda done the ATV's!!" ;)
Amazing shots.. and when you said old rusty bicycle, I could understand how it would be since the same kind was there in Penang, Malaysia... :). I wasn't knowing there is desert in Vietnam.. amazing
Thank you! We have not visited Penang but will be in Malaysia in a few months time so will definitely make it up there! The dunes seem to be a little known phenomenon but definitely one of the big tours around Mui Ne :)
Mui Ne comes across a sedate fishing village with some stunning natural sights. The fairy stream looks so lovely. I liked the way you have integrated the drone shots into the video.

Sorry for a very late reply - still catching up after Christmas! Yes, the dunes are close by Mui Ne, the red dunes are about 5km outside the village so can cycle there. White dunes are about 25km so can either hire a motorbike or take a jeep tour like we did. Group tours are really cheap - most hostels run them for about $5 per person. Vietnam is an awesome country for budget travel!
Renting bikes is the best in Vietnam! We too love chasing waterfalls.
We love renting bicycles - good way to get the exercise in whilst travelling!
