I’m a bodybuilder and I consume caffeine after 7pm as pre workout. when it comes to sleep I have a hard time to fall asleep. ASMR is an instant cure I fall asleep in 5 minutes. “Thank you so much”

I have been living on a farm for 11 years, so my whole life and i have 13 horses, so that brush is used for horses. If it has hard plastic bristles, then it's for the horses main. If it's like soft and a little pokey, it's for the horses body.
