That's why once I told you do yours research properly before writing yours comment. You are very good when it comes to yours expertize in Malayali Cuisines because you are from Kerala State. However it comes to Regional Cuisines of other State, sorry to say you need to upgrade yours knowledge about Indian Cuisines and their History of their State of Origin. Yours funny comment is like desire to explore Japan but accidentally reach China. Except Kachhi Debeli and Dhokla (Not Dholka lol😄), rest others cuisines mentioned by you are aren't quintessential Gujarati Cuisines. Majority of Gujarati Community whether Sanatani Hindus and Jainism religion followers are Strict Vegetarians. Only Gujarati Muslims, Gujarati Parsee and Gujarati Rajput Community especially from Arid and Dry Saurathra region consume meat products that too mostly in the form of Chicken. Open Animal Slaughter houses are banned in majority districts in Gujarat State. Secondly, Egg is mostly used as a form Non Vegetatarians in Gujarat State even though Internationally, Egg is no more considered as Non Veg Food Items. If Some one interested in trying out authentic Malayali Cuisines, then they must explore Kerala State instead of roaming around and wasting their valuable time in Rajasthan or Himachal Pradesh States. Similarly if any traveler has reached Gujarat State then they would consume authentic regional Gujarati Cuisines and not Cuisines imposed by you which are not available. Some Fact Check Correction from yours comment - Channa Masala is a Traditional Punjabi Chick Peas Cuisine along with Romali Roti, which is a Punjabi made Bread product which are easily available in Punjab State, UT Delhi, UT Chandigarh, Jammu Region of UT Jammu and Kashmir, Kangra District of Himachal Pradesh State, Jind, Kaithal and Panchkula Districts in Haryana State, Lakhimpur Kheri District in Uttar Pradesh State, Sri Ganganagar District and Hanumangarh District in Rajasthan State and Udham Singh Nagar District in Uttarakhand State where majority of Punjabi both Sikhs and Khatri Hindu Community population dominated region; Laal Maas is a regional cuisines from Rajasthan State; Kachori is basically Rajasthani Dish originated from Marwar region of Rajasthan State however also quite popular in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Gujarat and Punjab. Chikki is a Maharashtrian Sweet Snack from Maharashtra. Persian Influenced Chicken Biryani and Mutton Samosa are Mughalai and Nizami style cuisine originated from both Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh State and Hyderabad City from current Capital of Telangana State also popular in all Muslim populated region in our Country -Delhi, Bhopal and Kolkata Cities. Pathia, Mutton Dhansak and Murghansu Shaak are traditional Parsee Cuisines and only available in Parsee Populated Neighborhoods/Localities in our Country in these Cities - Navasari, Mumbai, Chennai, Pune,,Bangalore, Kolkata and Hyderabad. Migrated Parsees and Irani Zoroastrian Community brought these traditional Iranian Cuisines when they left Iran and settled down in our Country. Hence yours comment is like expecting to eat Idli, Dosa, Sambhar, Vada in Nagaland and Mizoram States of India, which is neither their State Cuisine nor it is easily available. However yours obsession with romali roti and laal maas in every food and travel vlog is really hilarious. LMAO😜😃

@@Unstuk That's because Laas Maas is quientessential Rajasthani Cuisine and hence easily available in Rajasthan State and not popular in Gujarat State of India. Majority of Gujarati Dishes are Vegetarian however in Arid, Dry and Desert Saurashtra region of Gujarat State, which is closer to Rajasthan State Border, folks over there do consume animal protein is consumed mostly Chicken and Goat Meat. I was correcting his incorrect information about Indian regional cuisines, which he always provide wrong facts on Indian food and travel whenever foreigner vloggers travel our Country. Nothing to like his comment. I mean its like expecting to eat Korean Food while traveling in Egypt which is hilarious. You can't get authentic Korean Food in Egypt unless there is Korean Food Chain Restaurant with Korean Owner and Vice Versa with hoping to try out Egyptian or Moroccon Cuisines while traveling in South Korea. Similarly Indian Cuisines is extremely rich and diverse and every 28 States and 8 Union Territories of India have their own regional cuisines which are different from each other. I mean you can't expect to eat Laas Maas in any Southern State of India unless there is a traditional Rajasthani Restaurant exist over there. Similarly you expect to eat Dog Meat Dishes in any other part of India except our 1 Baptist Christian Dominated Tribal State/Province in India - Nagaland in North Eastern region. Similarly you can't expect to eat Beef or Pork Meat in many Northern, Western, Central and Eastern States/Provinces of India where it is considered as Taboo for both religious and animal love as socio environmental reasons.

@Rajwadu ,please also introduce the guest on how to eat the thali and different combinations with it. I think employing an old indian women for show casing the feeding stlye of indian household to the foreign guest would be a sleek peek into Indian culture and values. Specially the man woman equality in india.
They must be made to understand how indian lives in joint family and a sleek peek into indian traditional life and value. ( The concept of over feeding with love - "aththi devo bhava") 2.Astrologer must be able to convey to them. ( Little english knowledge and s a must)
    3. You could have sold "the Safa " to this young man, he would have left happy memories.
Also introduce them to ayurveda etc etc.
Mehdi, chudi and bindi , kumkum rituals would be added attractions.
