Facial soap is tricky for me. My skin is largely quite oily, and keeping it clear without over drying is already tricky, but for half the year I also struggle with eczema around my eyes/ on my eyelids. Will look into syndepour to see if it's a potential for that 👍
My scalp actually does well with the occasional baking soda rinse so I'm less worried about shampoo lol. If anything, your soap bars are the best shampoo I've ever used!

It's so funny you mentioned taking a walk with your family because during the summer here in Southern California it's just impossible to take walks during the day so now that the weather has cooled down a bit I've just barely started taking walks again and literally my first walk since summer started was on Monday and on my walk I saw a bear!!!! Crazy right!? Thankfully I was safe. It just kind of did it's own thing and calmly kept going. It scared the wind out of me! But as soon as I calmed down and realized the bear wasn't interested in me, it ended up being a really cool experience

I make melt and pour soap. I use them for personal use. My soaps are Stevenson brands. I use clear, white and the the shea butter one. i do want to sell them in my store but the CRPS testing is suuuper expensive xx

I would love a diy lotion video
I have been watching your video for the past year. You have inspired me to try soap making now its a new found love. When cindypour base came out for hair I tryed it and it was wonderful. But I like a conditioner as well. I tried the conditioner and found it hard and could not message into hair. Any suggestions what to do to make it a little more plyable?
I found the Syndopour to be brittle, any suggestions? The only thing I added was 1% essential oil.
Would you be able to add something like hyaluronic acid to the facial bar? Or strictly only oils?
So far, I have only added fragrance and color to the Syndopour and it does not get all that firm, so I have been worried about adding any other additives to it. It looks like your bars were fairly firm. Is there a trick to getting them so firm? I make sure to get them up to the temp they suggest. I haven't had any luck getting anyone to tell me if they are supposed to stay fairly soft or if they should be getting firmer.
From the look of the base when she cut into it I'd say it probably isn't going to get any firmer than it's starting texture? But I'm not an expert, Katie would know better
Hey heather, Once un moulded the base should become firmer within 2 to 3 days.
@@StephensonGroup should I wait to wrap it until then? I have been wrapping within a day or less because I had read that there is glycerin and if I didn't wrap right away, I could end up with glycerin dew on them. Thanks.

And coffee soaps are great to get rid of smells on your hands, etc. Garlic, fish, even gasoline.
My coffee grounds always settle at the bottom of my soaps
where did you buy your syndopour ? I clicked your link, unless I missed something it kept taking me to all different links and still haven't found a place to buy it. I went on bramble berry and wholesale supply plus and haven't found it. Crazy. I gave up.
