Regarding storage capacity you have mentioned about limitation of 30 TB but it is now 64 TB initially and 250 GB by default while creating MS SQL Database.

      Please check the answer👇
Yes, that is right; it is updated in March, 2023 only. The default storage size for Cloud SQL instances running on MySQL or PostgreSQL is 10GB, with a maximum storage capacity of 64TB. The default storage size for cloud SQL instances running on SQL Server is 250GB, with a maximum storage capacity of 64TB. This only pertains to second-generation instances, as SQL Server does not presently support third-generation instances.
      Thanks

Google cloud Spanner is better if your company is mid size and potentially getting large. Also keep in mind Google BigQuery as the company gets bigger.
Google SQL is great for small companies. Think mom & pop restaurants for online orders or small scale manufacturing company.
