No - Instead of Gomed - wear a good quality yellow sapphire gemstone in gold ring and wear in right hand index finger. And fast strictly on Thursdays - eat only fruits and drink only water during fasting and visit Lord Dattatreya Temple and light a ghee Diya 🪔 beneath Audumbar tree on every Thursday.
