The answer to the question given in the title of the video is ''No.'' If someone should experience spiritual decline because a literal interpretation somehow undermines their ''faith'', then they need to ask themselves just what was it they believed in in the first place!
For example, when Jesus declared Himself to be God in the Flesh (as the ''Son'' person of the Godhead), that was a LITERAL claim. If someone wants to think otherwise, because they don't like the idea of God becoming flesh (for our sakes), then they are believing in a different Jesus... in which case, they are NOT Christians.

Look at universal model guy who made petrified wood in 10 days. He also shows clearly many issues to correct in science like meteor crater was a steam explosion etc.

Glad to know other people have found out about that ("universal model") however they still subscribe to the satanic globe-earth model. The bible and Book of Mormon/PoGP describe a flat earth (a doctrine anti-mormons claimed made J. SMITH a "false prophet") I can explain that further if you or others desire. But I'd suggest those wondering-go read and DRAW OUT the creation story and the descriptions of kolob and heaven. Draw it out.

The scribes wrote what we have today. King Josiah was praised by the church in his day and then he was killed by the Egyptians. Lehi was sought by these same scribes and then went to aquire the plates by Laben.

You might really like the channel "Useful Charts" and I think he'd appreciate the chart you used. He does lots of biblical stuff too.

Just remember: GOD can do ANYTHING. He doesn't need your/our math, or experience, or (false/satanic) science to make sense. He can do anything. I say this in regards to ALL things not just this video. Everything in the scriptures must have a basis in truth-meaning they can't "lie" about the numbers and call it "God's word"ut nust he taken literal. It is also symbolic. It's ALL "literally symbolic" get it?

Some of parts of scripture are literal and some parts are symbolic. It's both. Wisdom is knowing the difference. Only fools say it's just one or the other (it's all only literal or it's all only symbolic).

I think he's talking about stories in the Bible as not being literal historical events, not that every scriptures or commandment should only be understood as spiritual. I would disagree with your statement on wisdom. Wisdom is the application of knowledge, knowing the difference is called discernment.

"Egypt" = "bondage" to "sin" .
"sin" = the "carnal mind" that "enslaves" ALL of us .
"sin" = mental illness.....we do not think rightly, so we do not do rightly (righteousness).
"Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick .
I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance ." ( Mark 2:17 )
"repentance" = "metanoia" (Greek) = "to change the mind" .
When Jesus died, He died to his "flesh" ...the carnal mind ......and He commanded that we "follow him",
that we "deny our "self" (carnal mind) and take up our cross and follow Him .
We are NOT "saved" by His "blood" (death).....we are "redeemed" by His death .
We WILL BE SAVED.......by His "Life" .
Paul expounded on this to say we must "offer our bodies as LIVING sacrifices DAILY ".....
meaning we are to live for the good and wellbeing of others and not ourselves .
The word "spirit" in scripture means the "mind".....or "CONSCIOUSNESS" .
    "God is Spirit " ( John 4:24 )
"God" is the very Mind and Consciousness that dwells in ALL of us.
    We are His "Temple".
This body of flesh is His "tabernacle"....a temporary "tent of meeting" (of the minds ).

The child is the same as jesus.
Jesus true story is a rebirth midlife from breaking through suffering, ignorance and fear.
    Same as orpheus, socrates etc.
Being born in a manger with beasts is in reference to the rebirth from a dark place. The gnostics had it all correct. No doubt were killed for it.
This opinion is from personal experience as well.

“I have a key by which I understand the scriptures. I inquire, what was the question which drew out the answer, or caused Jesus to utter the parable? … To ascertain its meaning, we must dig up the root and ascertain what it was that drew the saying out of Jesus” JS jr.
I think you might be on to something true. These "allegories" may have been given in response to a "question" or to give prophecy of some event. And perhaps we are wresting the scriptures when we interpret them by their literalness.

you got it. you/we are spot on and have nailed the key. This tool...encoded culture has lost its value and been replaced by academic history...which is valuable however it has nothing to do with culture, which is couched in symbol and our understanding of the world. The Lord uses a TOOL and his or her understanding to write scripture, from their brain and world view...why? because that TOOL is going to deliverer a message to that audience in an art of combining their culture and spiritual lessons that are not fake, but are real, however they are presented as a movie or film or ...sacred writ, that the culture understands. What does this mean when it is the Lord's work....every name and letter are important and carry meaning...every begot...every name..every event. Now when we watch a movie or read a book, a work of art, we are understanding the event as if it really is happening and really happened. We are not saying...this isn't historical and that person can't do that etc. That is a MODERN view. In the past histories were reassembled thru memory and inspiration and it was known. Nobody expected to KNOW the real day to day facts of thousands of years ago...but they could tell a story, and if that story was designed by God...for that culture, it was valuable. Now...take offs of that art, manipulations of it, incorrect meanings placed their by men for their own ends, or mistakes of their own bias creep in. It is the spirit that teaches from these sacred works. And every culture has been delivered their "stories" and some are lost forever. Israel....two portions....the OT and the NT are what the world has left for that culture. The OT story was rewritten even by its own claims...and portions were lost and altered, maybe even by good intent. and the BOM is given a restored version of that story, including a Messiah that is one with God, as the Ot cultures probably had pre and during first temple Judaism....not second from which our current OT was formed. The NT was a combined diverse work of many cultures and thier inspired story including this great teacher...Yeshua. Again the story gets hijacked and all the "wrong" ones get destroyed...Just like the OT went thru. Christ was restoring the message of the original OT and some say its original Creator. Yep..we are on to something. Take literalism out, put in sacred inspired cultural myth, and all of a sudden...all the tribes of Israel are bringing their records and they will all line up when restored correctly to the true work of the Lord. Literalism out...Spirit in..and BOM is a one man inspired channeled work...from the creator. This is how we need to look at the message. imo

I am fine with your conclusions but your math is dubious. It is not likely that there were so many of the children of Israel but it is not as impossible as you make it out to be (especially if they intermingled woth egyptians). 7000 is most definitely not the most possible. Id say likely in the tens of thousands to even 100,000 (total people)is quite likely.
Lets assume that every generation has a family of four children that reach adulthood. Lets assume a perfect pair with everyone who reaches adulthood get married and has kids for the next generation. These assumptions mean that each generation will be 2 times larger then previous. Lets assume that the a generation is made every 25 years that means that the final generation is 2^17 (130,000) times larger than the first generation in Egypt.
Obviously I am making alot of assumptions but my point is that you don't need an 8000% growth rate (or whatever it was you said) you just need everyone to take the the command to multiply and replenish the earth seriously. Even 1.5^17 is a generation 1000 times bigger than the origional. So if the starting generation was 30ish people then you get very easily 30+ thousand people for the exodus.

TH-cam keeps blocking my comment because I put a non-YT link in my comment to a webpage calculating population growth.
Anyhow, I think I see how he got 8000% growth.
      GrowthRate = ((FuturePopulation - CurrentPopulation)/CurrentPopulation)/NumberOfYears
      So the rate = ((2,500,000 - 70)/70)/430 = 8305%
Also, the 7000 number he mentioned was the number of men compared to the 600,000 found in scripture. Not total possible population including women and children.
