Sehr schöner Film! Da kommen Erinnerungen hoch, eine geile Zeit bei smart. Mein Chef Michael und zwei weitere Kollegen sind zu sehen. Ich bin damals 2001 eingestiegen, da war der roadster fast fertig. Die Spiegelpositionen hab ich noch gemacht. Danach war ich beim Projekt 451, der zweite fortwo. Wie man schon im Film sieht, passt beim roadster vorne eine Getränkekiste rein. Beim fortwo hab ich dann 6 Getränkekisten reinkonstruiert. Wie man an meinem Titelbild sieht (das übrigens der eine Kollege im Film geschossen hat), fahre ich seit 18 Jahren einen roadster und das völlig problemlos!
I'm in South Africa, and I've just gotten a red & black roadster with the 16" alloy mags. Got it for very cheap, because it had a blown turbo. Everything else on the car is perfect, except that the soft top roof does not go down anymore. Very cool car, and I'm enjoying it very much. Thanks for all the videos you make about the roadster. I have watched a lot of your repair videos as well - very helpful.

I think if they would have made these with more power and a quicker transmission they would have sold many more. The Brabus one looks awesome.
They failed in beginning when decided to start with fortwo platform. Even Gordon Murray said if it was manual it would be amazing car to drive.

I have a 03 roadster and i love the little car..all i god om it, eksept og smels Gasolin somtimes.. anybody know why?
Most common issue is sealing on fuel cap
