Elzetta makes some awesome flashlights and weapon light mounts. Once I finally bought my first Elzetta, I liked it more than I thought. I then upgraded my Charlie to the AVS head. That was an awesome upgrade. Good throw, good spill and the acrylic lens is pretty unique. I like it a lot.

The potting compound we use enhances heat transfer and keeps the electronics from developing hot spots that would reduce reliability.

I my experience filling electonics with silicone =(potting) makes it overheat and not laxt long enough how long does your potted stuff work?

Our potting compound is thermally conductive and actually reduces hot spots on the circuit boards thereby increasing longevity. We do not use silicone.
