You're' video amused me so much. I've been doing every single thing you mentioned in the last year or so. I've been trying to get more organized. However, I didn't realize I had ADHD until recently. We've been doing all this stuff. Labels, trays, timers. I have timers all over the house. I also even have little "catch all" spots for pens/scissors/screw drivers.. and keys.
Thank you for this validation. I'm def going to watch more of your videos so I can learn.

Brili helps me a lot. The kids one (to leave the house on time), and the adult one (chores). You see a card what to do (brush teeth), a sound when you're halfway, other sound when times up, an alarm when you forgot. Whipe the card and see the next one.

Years ago I had acquired a label maker and just loved putting labels on everything 😂 I couldn’t explain why at the time. Very helpful, thank you ♥️

You little lovely! This has been so helpful, my capacity to be completely blind to simple but really effective strategies never ceases to amaze me 😬 Brilliant video, really helpful tips, I’m diagnosed a couple of years and still procrastinating/forgetting to sort myself out🙈🤣🤣 Don’t suppose you’d come to London to label and arrange my life. I’ll make cake……..buy cake🤔……..mmmm! Or get you to pick up the cake and I’ll definitely have the money withdrawn for when ye get here…… yeah there’ll be no issues with that plan🙄🤣🤣🤣
Thank you so much I’m subscribing and looking for your other videos now. Omg! Achieving adulthood at 49, I feel sooo proud 🤣🤣🤣

Robot Vacuum, and mop combo, I got my first one in like 2003 or 2004. They've also come a long ways. But they are amazing. They are amazing at helping you not leave clutter about as well, because some things can cause them to get stuck and then you'll have to Vacuum yourself.

I'm so glad I found this channel! You are spot on with the labeling, signage around the house and timers. And I'm only about half way through the video... Btw, clear containers with labels has been a life changer.

I've been bingwatching your videos for about 2 weeks, after I accidentally stumbled upon one regarding OCPD, which I'm currently getting assessed for. I also have late diagnosed ADHD (5 years ago at the age of 35), and suspect to some degree I might be on the spectrum as well, which above-mentioned assessment should reveal. I'm super picky research orinented perfectionist, as you would probably have guessed, so when I say that you provide some of the best content out there, I really mean it. You should be way more exposed, but based on your videos, I know exactly why that's not happening, cause I relate 100% to your OCPD/ADHD experience.
However, I dream of a "labeled" smart home full of signs, but get stuck on making the perfect sign (such as the one with the shower pictograph), so if you ever wanna start your own business, you should definitely make those. You could even make it automasied so people can fill in the text themselves, preferably by changing your own as opposed to having a blank page. I would buy all of the ones you've showed in this video. You also have shown a few that are not so perfect, which is all I am able to produce myself and the visual mess of it simply doesn't work with my brain, but I know 100% that I won't be making the perfect ones, like EVER!

Omg the family guy thing, for years I needed to have the same 12 episodes of family guy playing on loop to be able to sleep! Now it's the same 3 audiobooks, less energy usage 🤣

Watching this, it’s funny how i just randomly tried putting notes on the walls for my simple tasks at home and felt like it made such a huge difference. Realizing that, i told myself that there must be a reason behind it that ive been having so many questions in my head. I randomly researched about adhd and found out that what i am experiencing day to day ever since i was a child are classic signs of adhd. I messaged my provider and they are going to assess me this week! I am really positive about it. You know how it felt like it answered my life questions? It made total sense
At the first part of your video when you said label everything I actually thought of getting a dymp and was gonna search for tutorials how to use it hahaaa glad i didnt close the vid because you showing how to use the dymo really helped! 💗💗💗

Before i was very shy to put signs. But now ill just do it!
Like to do yoga. I love it soo much. Its such a release. But everytime or i forget. Or teling myself Later. And later its 99 stuff to do and only before go to sleep i remembered about yoga.
And before sleep its didnt work for me
For now ill be pause this video and put the sign right to my bad. Will hope it will work.l 😀🏃
I do use a lebels, color categories and boxes . For my art suply. And now its not 3 hours everytime to order and looking for things.
And for some stuff at kitchen. For me its same work different jars.
Timer sometimes. I like to put music. I have playlist like one hour or 2. Random albums, i like. And during that time i should clean. Now time past fast, i dont feel me that tired and things is done. This once a week. And short for 30 minutes. During the day. For cooking, for example. With music its life saving for me.
Thank u for signs. Im 90% sure ill be better version of me. Im already am. When the same descoverind, that i have ADHD. Its so heartwarming, that im not rare, strange, unic and blabla. That exist people, who understand me.
And we help each other to live better life. Cos before it was struggling with ur own all life. Now i feel way better.

This video has some great info in it! I am not newly diagnosed but I was diagnosed in adulthood rather than childhood and sometimes I go through and refresh a lot of the info I already know when I'm feeling stuck. Thanks for this!
Also, and forgive me if this is out of line, but I would really reccomend getting some updated filming and editing technology, if that's feasible for you. Or to begin saving for some. The quality of the video and sound here+the music had me convinced that this was uploaded in 2007 and I nearly clicked away. I say this not because I personally have an issue with the quality so much as the general "grainy and muffled" vibe is a lot on my sensory sensitivities, personally. More to the point though, content like yours deserves to be seen! Getting more up to date equipment will get you more subscribers & views, helping you reach a broader audience.

Thanks for your feedback Alice! It's always great to refresh your information and ideas as these things often change and evolve over time :)
This video was shot on a Lumix FZ300, and the sound is from a Blue Yeti Microphone. Both pieces of tech together were well over AU $1000 together. I'm lucky to be in a position where I can afford this kind of equipment as not many small channels like mine are in a position financially to do so.
As for the music, well, that's just me messing around with a shonky home music program, so there's not much I can say there. It's awful, lame and reminds me my childhood Gameboy, which is probably why I love it lol.
Content creators are always learning, adapting and improving their editing styles, tricks and experience as their channel grows. It might be worth bookmarking my channel and checking back on it in a couple of years to see what the quality is like? My evolving editing skills may be a little kinder to your sensory sensitivities then.
Thanks again for your honest feedback. I really appreciate these kinds of comments as they prevent me from getting too pig headed about my skills. I still have a long way to go!

I don’t forget to shower … it’s just an annoying use of time like most routines and chores - I usually feel better for it, but I still resent doing it the next day urgh
