I dunno about anyone else but if youre ps4 broke down and was sent away for repair for 1 week and a friend dropped round and gave you his old ps3 to play with this 2007 GTA game it would certainly still keep you entertained in the meantime thats for sure! Cant wait for GTA6 on the ps5 next year , its gonna be epic stuff !!

I played my from the disc, I'm not sure what to tell you since I don't play it from an Hard Drive. Maybe a new HDD or get it on disc? You can find used ones from GameStop or some other retailers for a good price. I remember i got my from GameStop around $12 and it's in mint condition, it maybe different for you.
It's up to you, PS5 may come this holiday or sometime in 2021, If you really want to play something on PS4, Maybe buy a PS4 (Slim) PS4 pro is not worth it.

I’ve got my PS3 Fat, and I can play ps2 disk games without HEN or modded firmware. And online it’s free in gta 5 and other online games. And I didn’t caught any ylods.
