Stressing, in the structural sense of the word, enables the bridge or walkway to have longer spans without so many intermediate supports.

I am very very proud of you. Sorry to hear about the not so good food tour guide. Nyonya food or straits chinese food are also found in melaka. They are chinese who came much earlier and mix with malay culture. So they speak malay very well, dress up uniquely, and cook well.

@@StephandPete my opinion seriously for the 1st tour remains as 7/10. To me he did not tell the full story about the origin of the food. Sad indeed. So when plp tasted malay kway tiaw , it stereotype char kway tiaw forever without the tourist knowing the origin was chinese, and we cook it differently. Taste superb from a chinese stall. First the ingredients are different (except the flat noodles , bean sprouts and eggs), secondly we cook each plate individually. Malays cook it in a big wok, some even use water so becomes soggy when eaten later. Chinese never use water as the bean sprouts already has water. We use pork lard and oil and fresh cockles, chives. Also for 'tuak' he never mentioned the full story between peninsula and borneo tuak.
