- During his visit Bruce took part in a music therapy session with children from the Richard Cloudesley School, a special needs school in London, who have been bringing their children to Nordoff Robbins for music therapy for over 20 years.

its funny cause when i was back in school they told us that iron maiden and heavy metal was satans music, yet here we have them in all their evilness working for a great cause, metal heads - 10, teachers - 0.
Well, being a Maiden fan and metalhead for many years I can tell you that it certainly has something to do with the occult, satanic signs and mythologies. Just listen to various lyrics or check some album covers and you'll know. The person cannot be equal to the music genre they've chosen. Musicians often "play" with occultism or are told to make something satanic, yet it doesn't equal an evil soul of the performer. The whole thing is one of the tools of metal. Yes, it can be dangerous to one's soul, yet if you listen to the good side of your heart, everything should be fine. Bruce went through cancer, so his morality or spiritual consciousness could change. Maybe he's started to think about certain things and that's why he went there? Nicko is a born-again Christian since 1999/2000 too. Rock and roll is cool, yet you'll find loads of different and negative things in it, so stay alert ;)

LukeInside This is clearly not true, they cover songs with philosophical narratives. One being the Aliester Crowley religion, you can see it in songs like Revelations. The banf itself is absolutely not occult, how the hell can you make that assumption being a maiden fan. They are literally against all that shit. Seventh Son album is literally about Satan trying to tempt the seventh son, and angels calling upon Gods judment of the devil. Steve and Nicko are Christians. So thats says alot.
The funniest thing about Satan is he's a Christian creation. There's no mention of any satanic figure before his scene stealing role in the Cristian bible. It's almost like running someone over and then charging them for the ride to the hospital isn't it!
That's not true. He's and his agents (the gods) have been known in most, if not all other cultures throughout history. The bible many times refers to him as "the dragon" (where do dragon ideas come from...?), "the serpent", and as the deceiver or destroyer (Shiva, Appolyon, etc), or as a liar and murderer. Sometimes he or his agents appear as angels of light. He displays all of these characteristics wherever he's found, in whatever culture or religion he's found.
He survived throat cancer and yet sings so well (even at the age of 60) #respect 🙏🙏
Bruce is a Celestial. He is a rock legend and he can be so direct to children. It,s hard to be a musician of his scale, but nearly impossible to be a Man of such a kind person.
And it's stuff like this that makes Iron Maiden the best metal band ever.

When Bruce joined MAIDEN the band exploded. They flew over the top. He is a great front man. Steve made the right decision.
Bruce deserves eternal youth. Hell, all the guys in Iron Maiden are amazing souls and blessed with good hearts.

Bruce looks amazing considering he just went through cancer treatment. His speaking voice sounds a bit deeper than it did before...I wonder if there will be any long-term effects to his singing style.
Nevertheless, can't wait for the new album and hopefully a U.S. tour next year.

Bruce DIckinson is a one of a kind. One of a very Anglo/European kind. He cares about other people and after having a horrible cancer scare we all have to hope he will survive and recover. I personally think the first 4 Maiden records didn't quite gel, but starting with some of Bruce's first vocals the signs of brilliance were there. Then what happened was the band really got together and a lot of epic songs over the years have built them quite an impressive career of quality and popularity- those two things are rare. Bruce is not going to be a snot nosed conceited rock star ever. I have seen the difference in our bands and bands from UK/Europe. The British musicians really care about their following and are eternally grateful to us. I mean, you could easily expect someone with a really big powerful voice and or repertoire to be an egomaniac and while that has been my experience with Americans and Canadians it has NOT been my experience with British musicians. Unfortunately, I had to take a very long break from Iron Maiden after the head of their fan club (Steve's older brother even more unfortunately) 7/6 years ago constantly attacked, criticized, and verbally abused me culminating in telling me to kill myself! I'd like the band to know this and they would make a difference and do something. Here? Forget it. The reason why Bruce Dickinson is so intelligent still and forward looking is easy to say: He's an English Gentleman!

Aaawwww those our little angels. Bruce Dickinson is too cool for participating in this. What a great heart he must have. I know God has taken a note of this. As a parent of a special needs child which she is about 20 years old now but still my little baby I know the frustrations of children like this. Used to have to sit through therapy with her and it was hard on her at times until she would even cry. So watching this hits home to me and it warms my heart to know that somebody from one of my all-time favorite bands actually has the heart to get involved with these children. All I can say is wow and thank you Bruce.
