I had the BEST cruise of my life on Her sister Seaside, and I can’t wait to be on the new SEASHORE! This class of ships is the most FANTASTIC!!!
My wife booked us on it for my birthday in September in the Caribbean, fantastic ship.
Love the music in the video but also the ship itself absolute breathtaking scenic,stunning sensational and appealing to many who make cruising a passion in life.
She does look beautiful. Our friends Sean and Stef sailed her and did a great series on the ship. Your staircases are just insane. I'm afraid my wife would fall down staring at all the crystals.
I'm going in April can't wait!!

Sea View NUNCA MAIS!!!! Fiquei impressionado com a falta de qualidade dos serviços nesse navio!!! O navio em si é lindo, quanto à beleza e estrutura do navio eu não tenho o que me queixar. Mas a saída que fiz foi a seguinte à do carnaval e a equipe se queixou demais que vandalizaram demais o navio e eles não tiveram nenhuma pausa para organizar tudo.. embarcamos e encontramos muita sujeira para ser limpa, além de lixo em sacos e amontoados em todos os corredores, coisa horrível. O navio é lindo!!! No entanto o ar condicionado da minha cabine não era frio o suficiente e passei calor sim na cabine.. Além disso a equipe estava visivelmente cansada e de mal humor, esse mal humor era muito presente... A limpeza geral do navio ficou devendo em comparação aos outros 3 navios da MSC que conheço. Tudo que reluz estava precisando de limpeza e brilho, parecia um navio velho pela falta de brilho. A variedade no buffet e o sabor dos alimentos não estavam a contento... Agora o pior, subi a bordo com minha família, eu, minha esposa, filha de 8 anos e afilhada de 13, ao entrarmos na cabine já às 18:00h, me deparei com uma cabine suja, banheiro fedendo urina e duas camisinhas usadas espalhadas na varanda!!!!!!! Lixo no chão da cabine e as embalagens das camisinhas.... UMA VERGONHA!!!!! A MSC precisa urgente rever o tempo de embarque entre uma viajem e outra, pagamos caro para sermos bem atendidos e este navio, talvez por causa do tamanho, ficou devendo e muito.... A MSC após eu ter enviado um e-mail para relatar o ocorrido, me deu um retorno áspero e como se eu não tivesse relatado a verdade... Fiquei muito triste e aguardo até agora um pedido de desculpas.. Atenção fica a minha dica e de muitos outros hóspedes que conversei a bordo.. SEA VIEW NUNCA MAIS!!!!!! Tenho fotos de tudo o que falei.. Um abraço à todos e espero ajudar.
@Idal Gass O navio é maravilhoso, mas deixou a desejar no quesito limpeza e cordialidade.. Talvez no futuro faça novamente este mas em outras águas...

Cabine prive di doccia perché con vasca da bagno. (provate adventrsrci se avete male alle articolazioni.) Comodini piccolissimi rispetto a quelli delle altre navi MSC. Non c'è vano biblioteca. A differenza di altre MSC non ci sono programmi di musica classica. Ristorazione distribuita su tre turni. Le altre navi MSC sono decisamente migliori anche per lo shopping!!! Servizio colazione in cabina sbagliato. Animazione serale ripetitiva e a volte fracassona. Sconsiglio di imbarcarsi su questa nave anche se la cucina mantiene i livelli delle altre, reception, escursioni e servizio bar funzionano egregiamente.
Evitate se non volete buttare i soldi..
Si mangia si beve solo.
Punto è basta.
The worst trip on this Cruise MSC Sea View. No Hygiene at all, food very poor no safety. The staff are good 👍
Muy bonito todo pero yo viajo en junio y MSC me ha engañado. Hacéis con los clientes lo que os da la gana. Llevo 10 días solicitando hablar con un responsable por un problema que para MSC es una nimiedad y no me hacéis ni caso. No recomiendo viajar con MSC. Decepción
Do not book the MSC Seaview it’s shocking.
The most shocking experience ever!!!!!
1. On arrival at the reception onboard it was 3 hours to be served.
More staff are required.
2. On arrival in our room 10224, the room was huge, I put the bags between the bed and window and stepped backwards only to trip and fall over hurting my wrist. My wife helped me to my feet. After taking a breath I opened the balcony sliding door and walked forward to trip and fall again. We are in a disabled room ????. No markings on the carpeted ramps and no warning of a ramp on the balcony door.
How about a little high visibility edging.
3. Now in our room, uneven floor, the balcony door does not lock and close fully. Mini fridge had a bottle fruit flavoured water half full, a litre bottle of sparkling water top not secure.
Reported to our room steward, apologised and rechecked the mini fridge and said the balcony door was electric and broken. Further the wardrobe space is not large enough for cruise clothes so dresses and suits stayed in the suitcase.
4. Day 2, a visit to reception and our dissatisfaction of our room. We were told it was impossible to change.
We met a couple in the dining room, the lady was disabled and in a wheel chair, we exchanged our room experiences and the disabled lady in the wheel chair was in a standard state room ???. The disabled couple wanted to move to a disabled room and we wanted a none disabled room, reception said it was impossible!!
5. Follow on to our visit at reception, we had not paid the 250 euros deposit which MSC had applied for through our card our card issuer had declined the transaction. Reception explained the 250 euros is held in a holding account, the monies spent onboard would be taken from our account in disembarkation. Then we would receive a 250 euro refund from the holding account. This form of transaction was not in any of the terms and conditions, in my experience of financial matters this form of transaction my also be ilegal.
How to resolve 250 euros, inform the customer they pay 250 euros into MSC holding account which gains interest daily at possibly 4% x 266 room.
250 x 266 = 66,500 euros at 4% which is currently 2,660 per day interest. Not bad using customer money.
Overall:
We were very disappointed with the accommodations.
Room steward was good.
Food and selection was very good.
Finally our last night of travel, Genoa to Palme, the ship had quite windy stormy weather. The very cold wind blowing in to our room because the sliding balcony door will not close fully, we came home with a bad head cold.

Tony, eu já não gostei do Costa, alimentação sem variedade. Gosto muito da Royal Carribean, muito bom em todos os sentidos e o Norwegian a alimentação é de qualidade.

Never go on MSC cruises this is a cruise line that's totally geared towards Europeans compared to American Cruise Lines they just completely suck I've never been on a cruise line where they actually charge you for water their staff are completely indifferent to Americans and Canadians avoid this Cruise Line at all possible costs
