Sir as per my knowledge and understanding if anyone and his or her immediate relatives have invested in a company or their subsidiary or holding company then Conflict of Interest arise and immediate relative include spouse. So how can you say that Madhavi Buch Mya’m written a mail to liquidate her shares in that company what about her husband?? If her husband still holds shares in that company then Conflict of interest is still there. So please explain this to me. Thank you.
