When a criminal gets away with a crime without killing anyone or causing any personal liability on any person, it’s not crime… it’s an art. The ability to think on the spot and navigate changes was impeccable, it sounds like something the Professor in Money Heist would prepare for. It’s sad that a few stupid choices eg: By Zweli’s selfish cousin Bongani would cost them so much. They had gotten away with it without killing a soul, they had won. It was just a loose end which resulted in their demise. That money could have brought them a new beginning. They could have offset their wrongs by using that money to do a lot of right in their communities. Maybe if they finished the cleanings and paid Sosobala the 50k they wouldn’t have gotten caught. Also these people were generally good guys, they didn’t rob the scared old man with the money bag, they tried to make sure the pregnant women were comfortable… unlike the criminals of today where you surrender, give them your keys and they still kill you….with absolutely zero regard to your loved ones.
