Highlight Video: Bonjour French Food

CCI France Philippines, in partnership with Interfel, hosted Bonjour French Food: An Introduction to French Apples and Celebration of Culinary Innovation last November 12 to 14, 2024, at the Grand Hyatt Manila. 🍎🍏🇫🇷
This three-day event showcased the excellence of several varieties of apples from France with delegates representing various producers, Distrimex, Innatis, Groupe La Blottière, and Blue Whale. The event also featured the talents of the LTB Chefs Association of the Philippines and Interfel's Executive Chef, Charles Soussin, who concocted exquisite dishes made out of apples. 🌟
More than just a culinary celebration, "Bonjour French Food" strengthened cultural ties and paved the way for deeper business and economic collaborations between France and the Philippines. 🇫🇷🇵🇭
