Can you have a personal account as well or what bank do you recommend for having a personal and business account in the same place?
Relay is just business accounts. In general, I don't see a big reason to have business and personal at the same bank. Often the banks that have great personal accounts don't really have the best business accounts and vice versa.
Thanks Jamie. Can you recall if it's easy in the interface to change from a Sole Proprietor to an LLC after setting up and using the account? This would include updating to an actual EIN when it's received.

When you do a profit and loss statement, do you track things separately in a spreadsheet, or does Relay accounts, as they are setup, offer reporting that serves that need? Or maybe somehow Quickbooks can integrate?
You definitely will still want some sort of accounting system for tracking. It integrates well with Quickbooks and other accounting softwares!
Do any of these banking platforms integrate with Zelle?

All banks have their own security measures and algorithms to judge risk. Certain industries may be judged as riskier than others, which could be part of it.

Thanks for sharing. I saw a couple of negative reviews under another review regarding Relay not wanting to credit some fraudulent charges for a couple of folks so that makes me nervous especially when the folks say they couldn't even get a response. Not good.
Interesting! I haven't personally had that experience. I will say though, bank accounts by nature are less secure than credit cards. I typically spend on credit cards and pay them off with my bank account in order to ensure I have fraud protection. I generally recommend this approach if fraud is a concern (which it should be for all of us!). I do this on my business and personal.

Hi Jamie! Im curious is it anyway to add multiple entities under one login account; or would i have to create a separate account using business name, EIN, address, etc? Thanks for your help.
If they are separate businesses and EINs, you'd probably want to set up separate accounts. Thankfully its free to do so!
This is just Thread Bank rebranded lol.
It’s a separate company but they have partnered with Relay as a fintech to add these features and improve the user experience. Threadbank is the FDIC insured bank they use though.
