What was even strange was that I thought his style during this time would suit him very well against the current mma gen of talent but after that robbie fight he became more gun shy than ever and started losing to guys like Max Griffin
Man Nick really did get screwed in this fight Fair play to Condit for having a smart game plan and sticking and moving and not fighting Nick's fight, Sucks Condit was considered a boring fighter after this 🤦♂️ Condit was one of the best ko artists of this Era
Ah yes. The fight where Condit talked pre fight like he was ready to go to war. Had a stare down that indicated he was ready to throw down. And then backed up the entire time throwing pitter patter kicks that did zero damage. Bullshit decision.
Love Condit tbh, but I really don't think that he won this fight. Nick pushed the pace and kept chasing him and was boxing him up. First three rounds Diaz was winning, then round 4 was close, but Condit came off better. Round 5 was also close and I could have given it to Condit, but Nick got that takedown and was looking to submit Carlos, so I mean, really it was a more memorable round for what Nick did than what Carlos did. Both great fighters though and I always liked Condit a hell of a lot. Just think they overlooked the success that Nick had in the fight.
nick won, i wish him and GSP fought at ufc 137 or 143 coz after this fight his head was not in the game. he ended up fighting gsp but by then he checked out
No he didnt. He lost on all equations. The only reason anyone says otherwise is through pure bias and wanting this to be WWE where the most popular wins. I'm much more of a Diaz fan than Condit but Diaz lost this clearly.
This is the problem with the Diaz brothers: they think that just because they are moving forward they are winning. If the other fighter is being more effective, by sticking and moving and controlling what type of fight it is, that fighter is winning. Not that Diaz wasn't effective at times, but Condit was more effective and controlled the tempo most of the fight.
@@GrifterTheBoyIdiot Most rounds were close but Condit landed more shots in every round. He won the 1st 4. There's no way Diaz did more to win rounds than Condit.
I don't get why people say Diaz won. Condit landed more strikes in every round. I had it 49-46 Condit. Unfortunately for Diaz, taunts and insults don't get you points.
“We’re throwing spinning shit now”
“Oh so your a wrestler now”
Lmao I don’t know which quote I love more.
Spinning shit. Happened in the fight, not at a desk
Nick Diaz entrance with Deftones. The most badass thing ever ☠️
imagine being you
Nick yelling "H'yah, h'yah" when he the this two kicks at Condit's head had me rolling. Lmao. Gotta friggin love Nick
then when he held onto his leg after bell 😂😂😂

It bums me out there are MMA fans now who don't even know how much of a badass Carlos Condit was in his day.
Real ones know whatsup
Never saw him live. But it does not take a genius to see that dude was special
@@KBWarrioR2018 It's not that fans can't see it, it's just UFC does a bad job of showcasing it.

Merry Christmas Larone
Agreed.
No one will ever convince me that Nick didn't win that fight.
Never forget DIAZ 1,2,5
Nick Diaz is without a doubt, one of the best welterweights to ever compete in the UFC 🥊 👋

Diaz still would have lost imo
If anything the best time for him to fight GSP was after this fight. GSP clearly lost a step after his ACL tear
No he did not
best era of the UFC imo
Obviously winning is priority but imagine if Condit fought like Condit here, fight of the year for sure
Warner is the man and picked it perfect!
Thanks larone, I asked for Diaz I received Diaz merry Christmas man 🤜🏼
Shame we couldn't see more of him fight.

Nick & Nate are really good fighters and they are probably the toughest in the UFC but there biggest weakness is they don't have any power
are there any other youtubers that post similar content to larone?
There can only be one Larone
Nick got robbed on that one
Condit landed more strikes in every round.
Diaz 1,2,5
Diaz 1 2 5 all day
I really feel like Nate won this fight dominated him had him up against the cage I really don't understand how he lost
Wish Nick's fighting career wasn't cut short by marijuana. The Diaz brothers are always entertaining.
Nick won this fight
It could've went either way , but Nick was the aggressor, landed more damage and more takedowns
Would've been a no contest anyways if Diaz won , he popped for THC I'm his post fight drug test lol
Plz Oliviera-Gaethje

Third'd
diaz 12 5... iykyk
How come these headkicks dont even move diaz is crazy
Anyone else notice that larone's subs are hardcore MMA fans? I've never seen so many people agreeing and not arguing, like casuals do 😂
Exactly. I haven't seen a single comment saying Diaz 1 2 5, because only an idiot would think Diaz won this fight.
