this lecture appears to be about Plato rather than Hegel
He eventually gets to Hegel, but he's kinda working his way from historical foundations that lead up to Hegel and Deleuze. The title really should be different though, as Hegel is only one section of this.
Deleuze talks a lot about Plato but I agree.
