      Tebogo isn’t used to leaning. He’s usually way ahead and clowning near the finish line. He’s so bad at it he leaned early AND fell.😂

    This is good for Tebogo. More exposure to top tier athletes will help him peak later in the season. Also Nice to see Coleman running some 200m he definitely cooking up for the world title in the 100m. That 200m training gonna translate to his finish.

    Tebogo's legs gave up at the last 1-2 steps, causing his upper body to lean back and fell after the finishing line. Tebogo was actually ahead of Coleman up until the very last step. What a race! Hope Tebogo didn't get a significant injury.

    Tobogo looked like a misstep at the start of his early lean and slightly sprained his ankle. Coleman looked like he was really laboring that last 50 meters but still ran a great time this early in the season.

    Tebogo's form looks like Michael Johnson. Unfortunately for him, he coasted and Coleman ran through the tape. It's unbelievable how many top tier sprinters can't get it through their heads that they have to run through the tape.

    Tebogo has the best downhill cruising last 100. His body didn't seem pressed but his face was like, "Oh crap!" The track scrapped him to the white meat. Ouch.

    So interesting tidbit that no one seems to be mentioning: Tebogo just leaned at the wrong line. He leaned at the line before the numbers instead of after. Simple tactical error.
    It’s good for Tebogo to get genuinely pressed though. It’ll make him a better runner because, while he’s on the cusp, he’s going to continue falling short of those golds at this level without real pressure.
    But let’s stop digging the kids for the handful of times he hot dogged. It’s actually good for the sport for these guys and girls to get a little chippy.

      Hey, these sprint are a freak of nature, it all depends on the day. Did the runner, have an argument with his girl that day? Did the coach chew him out unnecessarily?
      You never know about the sprints, even a small misstep will kill your chance.
      The season is just starting, wait till they get into top form.

    I have said so many times before that Tebogo will have to start finish his races. He got into a very bad habit of relaxing at 99. This costed him this race. He literally caught Coleman but relaxed in his last stride and dipped too early...Learn Boy Learn. You don't want this in an Olympic Race!

    Tebogo finally finishes through the line and he got hurt. If he wouldn’t celebrate so much, he’d learn to lean correctly.
    Side note, I thought Kung Fu Kenny would be a bit more competitive, but it is the start of the season so I think he’s fine

    Why are they saying 20 flat when both are timed at 19.99? Its like when they said way back when that Jim Hines ran a 9.95 when the photo timer clearly shows 9.89 at Mexico. Or when the Bullet ran a 9.1 for the 100 yd. dash in St. Louis when all watches caught him at 8.6 sec ! Whats with these "officials" anyways?!

      Coleman 19.996 and Tebogo 19.999 it gets rounded up to 20 flat. Simple as that. If Coleman would have ran 19.994 it would have get rounded down to 19.99.

    Didnt know Coleman could run 200m, it’s actually fascinating cause he has a good block start, but after the acceleration his top speed and mechanics isn’t the best,

    Glad Coleman got it, "BUT" TOBOGO really blew it.
    Not only did he lean too early, but when you start your track career as a young- very-young, you are taught to continue running thru your sprint another 2 or 3 yards "ALL-OUT !!" HE quit when he leaned. Go back to basics time.

    Tebogo's lack of polish cost him. He dipped and slowed down too early. If he ran through the tape and dipped close to the line he wins. Impressive nonetheless.Coleman is one of the top runners in the world.

    If Tebogo would stop focusing on disrespecting his opponents at the finish in every race he would know how to lean at the line and probably would have won this race. His arrogance cost him the win and it's probably the first of many given how he runs.

      @@tlamelokgosimalebe3119 Watch any of his other races. He doesn't run through the line and pretty much always makes some sort of taunting gesture at the other runners. So it's no surprise that he doesn't know how to time his lean and even fell attempting it.

I'm just a fan and my impact wouldn't even change anything about Tebogo s approach to athletics because it's his talent not mine. I wonder why you even concerned about him when you haven't even seen him with your own eyes while I live to see him on a regular
