Do you have to use a drill to apply the hardware or can i use something else?

I don’t use a drill bit. A pair of players and the eyelet screw is all I use.

Do you add the eraser top back on while the epoxy is wet ?

So why not tape off top and bottom glitter and epoxy outside then it can still be used as a lip gloss applicator
