Chloe and Chelsea is two other women on Y&R including Chloe’s husband that has done crimes but still in social circles without consequences while Phyllis has helped those rich men with their shady deals an ostracized to sit in a restaurant by herself on the holidays without her family while the two rich men she was married to in glam. Yeah she with Billy but if he fails he has his rich family. Phyllis deserves success where we could see her glam at holidays an events and in competition with all these ladies. She could go into a fashion business with her daughter and she could make a name for herself. It’s a lot of storylines Phyllis could be in.
