Currently purchasing all the mario party's with my s/o, we just ordered this one. It was my absolute most favorite one. Seeing all these minigames really takes me back
I miss Mario Party 5. Its been years since I last played it. I remember having so much fun with this one compared to 4 and 7 (I never played 6, not by choice but nobody I knew had 6 and I was never able to find my own copy). Some say this one isn't the best but its definitely my favorite Mario Party in the series (MP3 being my 2nd favorite due to nostalgia and MP4 being 3rd).

Me and my sister had a lot of fun playing Mario Party games on Nintendo 64 when we were kids it too bad on Mario Party 5 when I got this game on Nintendo GameCube me and my sister couldn't cheat controlling the other computers so they couldn't get any stars but we both gave us Nine Stars at the beginning at the start on the game
It sucks right when you're doing the Story Mode, you can't change the difficulty levels for the Koopa Kids. They can cheat, and cheat, and cheat, and cheat until you realize that there's nothing you can do about it. That is just wrong. 😭

Mario Party 4 for me is a little weird. in 5, 6 and 7 when the player breaks the block with the numbers the sound effect is different, they did not pick up sound from Mario Party 4. The 4 for me is a little strange and a little sad too, some musical themes that have in the game But not bad not. Compared to 1, 2 and 3 and obvious that from 4 starts to improve.
I may not have played Mario Party 5, but I have to agree that its a great Mario Party game. Plus the minigames are really fun to play and the music is amazing in my opinion (since I played the minigames that made it to Mario Party: The Top 100). ;)
