I am really enjoying he 12 Days of Christmas Decluttering! I'm pretty good at getting rid of things I don't want anymore, even if that means there is a blank spot on the wall where a picture was, but I do know I NEED to get better and these videos really do help.

Hey Jen! What if you take the items you have kept from the buffet and find new homes for them in either the kitchen cupboards or cabinets or other areas of the home and that way you can see if you really need the buffet or not. I think that would feel really good. Great job making all the declutterring decisions. 🎄❤🎄
What a fantastic declutter! I was wondering why you'd want to get rid of the sideboard (because it fits so perfectly in that space and offers great storage) but the plan to extend your bathroom on the other side would be so amazing. Do you have to go upstairs to shower as it is now?
@@jennyjenkins877 yes and as the kids get older another shower would be so handy (and also as we age having a main floor shower would be helpful, not that we need it now but still). I have also come to realize that the buffet/sideboard is another flat surface that just collects clutter 🤣
The silver pieces were thrifted and easier found again. They weren’t being used so out they went. I did declutter so much of my Rae Dunn pieces (have you seen my slowly simplifying series from 2 years ago?) I’ve grown to only keep what I love and use, and I’m continuing to learn and grow. One day I may go back to the silver, but it was just a tray and a sugar dish (and honestly I have a crystal sugar dish, cream and milk set that I use). The white bowl with blue pattern going up and down is old,maybe. It has the arrangement in it. Check out the bottom

I would have kept all the silver and ditched the cheap-found at Marshalls/TJ Maxx Rae Dunn over saturated Made in China junk.
