Looks like she popped it as soon as she threw it out, was probably spamming the e button to proc the damage as fast as possible.
She did it a few times during the game, but if the E is allowed to fully set, the edges are usually a lot more defined, even for that skin.

But why play full AP milio rather than full AP blitzcrank who also has 120 scaling on Q but on top of that also other damaging abilities and you can make plays better by pulling enemies in so you are not limited to disengaging that much.

I am a Nami and Milio main and its so much fun to play them both damage and make an ADC cry. Also love countering Nunu with Milio, just try and gank me :3 Oh, I wanted to ask if Shadowflame after seal and Ludens, if that would be good and then do Stormsurge. I don't remember off the top of my head if it does the passive but is it good to get it third after shadowflame?
